if table entries were limited to 10000, if exceeds 10000 records what will happen?

It's not added, just simple as that.

after 10k records in a table ,10k + 1 records going to add or not , if yes then how??

If the limit for table entries if enforced by Table events in TMG then it will not be added.

and if you are talking limit with reference to size category in table technical settings, it is actually not the size of the table. It is the initial size allocated to the table. exceeding that size will just add additional space for that table according to the selected size category.

If "it exceeds" then it's not "limited". If it's limited to 10K entries then you can't exceed 10K. You can try and what would happen will depend on who and how limited it.

Why is this a question and what does this have to do with SAP? I'm very much confused...
