Fixed Asset in SAP B1

Hi Everyone!

I am studying fixed asset , SAP B1 version 9.1 hightlights have information "Cost center and project information automatically populated in documents from fixed assets master data" . when create a new fixed asset with cost center information then create capitalization for this fixed asset, I check Jounal entry of capitalization transaction but not have cost center information.

Everyone that knows fixed asset. Please help me!

Carry Cost Accounting Information from Marketing Documents:

In the Retirement and Manual Depreciation windows, you can choose to carry the project and distribution rule related information retrieved from the marketing document. This information is further carried to the journal entries that are generated based on the retirement or manual depreciation.

Hi Loan Tran...

Have you given the Cost center in the fixed asset master data.

Need to define the cost center for the GL accounts in the COA.

Hi Kenedy!

I checked capitalization transaction, cost center & project information automatically populated in documents from G/L account COA not  populated from asset master data as highlights in SAP 9.1.
