Taxable Amount exceeds the document total

I cannot update the Withholding tax because the taxable amount exceeds the document total. My customer deducts two Withholding Tax.

WHT-GST is on Income Tax & WHT is on Invoice total. This leads to taxable amount which exceeds the document total.

Kindly provide solution to this problem.
