Qs Stuck up in SMQ2

Hi,


The Qs in SMQ2 transaction of CRM is not getting processed, leading to increase the number of entries in the Qs. After changing the status of these Qs from READY to RUNNING and refreshing the Q, it will execute by reducing 2 or 3 entries but again it will change back to READY status which lead to stoppage of other entries reaching to ECC system and affecting daily sales transactions.


If anyone faced this issue kindly share how it got rectified.

Hi,

The Q name is R3AD_SALESDO*. The status of these Qs are either in RUNNING or in READY status, it is not in SYSFAIL.

Try this:

Goto SMQR, select all the entries and Deregister them.

Wait for about 10 seconds.

Select all entries and then Re-register them.

See if that helps

Hi Raj,

What is the Queue name, attach the screenshot along with the error.

and did you registered the Qs in the system, if not registered the Queus (SMQS)

Once you complete the Queus registration, no Qs will stuck in SMQ2.
