Plateform search application problem

Hello BI experts,

As search functionnality didn't work (message An error occurred while searching: A java.lang.NoSuchMethodError occurred; original exception message com.sap.tracelog.Config.severity()Lcom/sap/tracelog/Sev;) I tried to rebuilt index in CMC.

After 1 day, I get have the status running in CMS

Do you know how to solve this problem ?

We use BI 4.1 SP2 patch 6.

Follow Sebastian recommneded SAP note.

If you have the option 'continuous crawling' checked, some times there will be ghost distinct queries running on DB which will impact the DB performance.

Hi,

it looks like you have a vast amount of documents (6653 in this Screenshot). You should think about reconfiguring your Search behaviour according to the following SAP Note:
