Not getting IT0015 time constrain value in table T591B

Hi All,

i am not getting time constraint value for IT 15 in table T591B for country grouping 10.

I executed table T591B in transaction se16. Here i filled molga =10 and LGRAT(wagetype) = MP10.then i click on execute.

The result contains , time constraint (field ZEITB in table) value for IT 11 and 14, but there is no value for IT 15.

How can i get this value, is there any way to maintain this value.

Kindly suggest me solution.
