control recipe status to crfi

Hi sir, i have to do gi, gr through pi sheets and which is working fine. please note i set prod_1, cons_1 in o10c. but after updating the order with delivered qty and with drawn qty, the control recipe status is not changing to crfi unless i send message thru co57. is there any any other method which will set the control recipe status to crfi so that i can teco the order. please advise what need to be done.

Hi,

Check in CO54.. there should be process message category called PI_CRST should be processed with every control recipe.. then only control recipe will get changed to CRFI in the order..Check in CO54 for the process order and revert...

Hi Kumar, yes, PI_CRST is successfully processed. But even the pi sheet is partially completed (say out of 2 components, for only one component  GI done), the control recipe status becoming as CRFI. I do not want this. in case all the pi sheet data is entered then only i want this message to set the CR to CRFI. Please advise.

Hi,

user might have closed the PI sheet during entering the values by clicking on the Yes button as shown below. then system will close the control recipe..So ask the users to complete the PI sheet after entering all the values and information in the PI sheet.

Dear Kumar, in my case i am not getting this pop-up while closing the pi sheet and also even though my pi sheet is NOT closed, still this CRST2 is setting the recipe to CRFI.

If you click on complete button on top then only you will get this pop box otherwise you will not get this box...

Hi Kumar, i am using abap based pi sheets. i could not find any complete button in my screen. i have "close" menu in menu bar under pi sheet. could you please send one screen shot.

Hi,

Whatever I have discussed so far is for Browser based PI sheets..I never worked on ABAP based PI sheets..Take the help of ABAP guy for this...
