Removing 'Skip Approval'? Is this possible?

Hi All

I have created a an iview with is own layout set to display items which require approval before they can be released. However I have created a compand group with the 'DetailsActionsApprovalGroup' and the item now displays 'Submit For Approval' and Skip Approval.

Is there any way of removing the skip approval?
