Blank fields in VL10G

Hi Team,

I am facing an issue where many fields on output of report VL10G are blank.

For example: Name 1 field is blank. This should fetch Ship to Party of the delivery.

I raised this with SAP and they came back saying that this is due to the User Role in customizing.

Transaction VL10 uses Role Z001 and VL10G uses Role 0003.

In 0003 W/ship-to name is not selected whereas in Z001 this option is selected.

This is why Name1 is not being filled for VL10G.

How do I fix this. I need guidance to populate this field in report.
