Hi Meriem,

Please check our Wiki on SRM Workflow. This link will directly link to you a WIKI on how to debug a workflow within SRM 7.0:

Debugging Workflow in SRM 7.0 - Supplier Relationship Management - SCN Wiki

Or for all Workflow issues, please go to the following WIKI:

SAP SRM - Supplier Relationship Management - SCN Wiki

Under the Technical section, there is a Workflow section.

I hope this helps.

Hello Meriem,

Debugging a workflow is bit tedious work . But what can you do is you can take the WSID from BBP_PD for SC/PO and then go in swi1 provide the WSid and then check first where the approval is lying and check with the agents and the steps which has been executed . Also check at which step the workflow went into error and then you can decided what solution to be provided to the user. Let me know if you have any query.

Thanks
