I am trying to store the Document using tcode CV01N in the document management system.
My requirement is to store the document in network store or harddisk on server instead of R3 database.
I use following path in my R3 server to configure the storage location however there is not much help available.
SPRO-->>Cross-Application Components -->>Document Management -->>General Data -->>Settings for Storage Systems
Can anyone please suggest how to achieve this.
Regards
Sachin
Hi,
You can store your document in Portal KM.
You can use DMS Connector.
It can be downloaded by customers from the Service Marketplace
http://service.sap.com/installations -> SAP Software Distribution Center -> SAP Installations and Upgrades -> Entry by Application Group ->Supplementary Components for Cross Industry Solutions -> Life-Cyle Data Management -> SAP DMS CONNECTOR FOR KM -> SAP DMS CONNECTOR FOR KM 60.1
In case of any issue after the installation, please have look at note 735988 with frequently asked questions first. If you can't find a solution for your issue there, create an OSS-Message under component EP-PCT-PLM-SR3 to report it.
Where can I find further material about the DMS Connector for KM?
http://service.sap.com/plm -> Life-Cycle Collaboration and Analytics -> Enterprise Portal Content -> Media Center ->
