Disable iOS App Store

Is there a possibility to block the installation of applications from the App Store, or total exclusion of the App Store, as in the case of Google Play.

You will find the option disabling of itune store, youtube, installation of apps etc in Restriction policy. Policy>Add>Configuration>IOS>MDM Payload>Restriction.

In Policy>Add>Configuration>IOS>MDM Payload>Restriction I have checked onli: Enable and Allow installing apps

All other options are unchecked (except those for the Supervised  are not available).

On the device, you can install the application. Why?
