I too faced this issue.
Either wait for few mins till the cursor gets enabled
or
even though it does not show anything when you type. Go on and type your user name, press tab and enter password and hit enter. Then just do ALT TAB go to some other screen and come back to this screen, you will see the user/password filled with the details.

ALT+SPACE once screen appears..
press ALT and SPACE bar together and see..

it might be silly to suggest, did you wait for sometime once the window appears?
i faced issue log in windows appears and after sometime only it takes the username and password. it will be standstill may 2 to 5 mins.

Hi Rahul,
Follow below steps and try to remove Java cache viewer content and then reopen ID and see whether you are able to provide user ID and password sometime it takes time to allow user id and password.
Run command javaws -viewer like below in your machine
we will get window like below, remove Integration Directory content by clicking cross mark.
