Finding Opportunities to enter in SAP HCM

Hi Experts

I have just currently moved to US on an H4 Visa. Since we all know that its a dependent visa and I can't work until I get my work permit, but in the meantime I want to utilize it in learning and gaining some experience. So here are my few queries as below:

- Benefit of doing a certification in SAP HCM?

- Where should I get my training from?

- Is the concept of Volunteering valid in my case?

- How should I approach any employer/agency who can sponsor for my h1b work permit?

Solicit your response on the same.

Many Thanks in advance!

Regards

Kanupriya

    Hi Kanupriya,

To answer one of your questions regarding learning SAP HCM, please refer the below blog which talks about few books.

New to SAP HCM? Where to Start?

I would recommend you to find out few online institutes where you can login remotely and practice your learning in SAP HCM environment. It is very important to practice in real time and experience the issues that come up.

You can also enrol for SAP certified training. I think it costs around USD 3K - 5K depending on the course you are enroled for.

I hope this information is helpful for you.

    Thanks and regards,

    Hi Vivek

Thanks for the info! I have registered myself on their site and would attend their online classes.

Unfortunately I couldn't find your email id, appreciate if you could kindly mention it here.
