Released Production Orders List

How can i get the Detail of the Production orders which are released but not TECO...

i am able to get thru by going to aufk then finding the status with AUFK~OBJNR field in JEST table but it takes lot of time is there any other table or FM by which i can know the list of Released Production Orders but not Compeleted...
