Please let know how to delete the entries in EKBE table.
I tried using two FMs MAP2E_EKBE_TO_BAPIEKBE and BAPI_PO_DELETE_HISTORY but there is an error.
We have a production situation and this has to be done by anz business workaround.

This BAPI is designed for a very special use, which is explained in wiki: Purchase Order History - ERP SCM - SCN Wiki
The regular way is aggregation of PO history via ME87 if you still want to keep the PO in your system

I have a situation in which EKBE table entries for service entry doesnöt have
LFGJA field empty because of which there is a routine error
MRM_FRSEG_CHECK FRSEG_BELNR while receiving a invoice file through interface and try to park invoice document using a custom workflow

Hi,
You can very well cancel the posted documents (MIGO or MIRO docs) which will nullify the existing postings. May I know why you want to delete the entries.

Hi Priyank,
Leave the table alone, as Dev states it can only lead to inconsistencies. The best way to delete the PO history is to do an actual archive. Goto transaction SARA, define MM_EKKO and write.
If you have an actual issue with the archiving then please post that error here.

Why don't you search in SCN. I've found a wiki content regarding this. Please search in SCN before posting any query.
