Graph expert bug while designing rpt

Environment : vs 2010 . CR dev for vs13.0.9. Windows 7 sp1 x64.

The "Summary option" shows not correctly in vs 2010, but can be shown in vs2012.

i'm moving this discussion to the crystal reports for visual studio forum as it seems to be an issue with that vs environment versus an issue with the crystal reports designer (crw32.exe)
