RG1 Updation

Dear Experts,

  While updating the RG1 register for finished goods, i am getting an error "Processing over for 0 records".

  I have maintained all master data in J1ID (Chapter id, material chapter id combination,CENVAT ) and the relevant movement type is also assigned to the RG1 register.

3 Material documents with 601 movement type is not updating. Such that closing balance is not matching with the current stock (MB5B).

Have a look at the following notes:-

Hi Narendra,

Please kindly check that material is maintained in table J_2IRG1BAL as packed or lose or not. If the material is not updated in this table system will not display in J1I5 fiirst update for reciepts & repeat the same for issues with respective classifiactions. If you are not updating for reciepts & looking for issues system will not display in J1I5. Go through the oss note 951955

Thanks for your reply.

  Material is updated in J_2IRG1BAL table as "L" . Only some transaction are not appeared in J1I5 which has done on 2013( 3 Material documents which are related to 601 movement type), Movement is also assigned to RG1 register in SPRO .

2014 transactions are appearing in J1I5.

Please guide how to resolve.

Hi Narendra,

Check all the reciepts material documents & issue material documents in MB51 & MB5B with that date range.

Also check with much movement types you are considering for reciepts & issues i.e 101/322/602/655(for returns) & 561(For intial stock upload) for reciepts & 601 for issues, 641 for STO's.

Then check all the values in the respective tables & compare.
