Disabling the DETAIL button in SM30 for a particular custom table.

I would just like to as some codes or opinions on how to disable the DETAIL button in SM30. I have this custom table and they want me to disable or eliminate the DETAIL button in the custom table. Hope you could help me and provide me steps on how to do it. Thanks!!
