XL Reporter Authorisations

I have come to learn that XL Reporter will not work if the user has not the right authorisations in the company. If the user has not, the XL Reporter tool bar option in B1 will not appear.

Does anyone know or does anyone know where I can find, the exact needs of XL Reporter for it to work?
