Getting message as "SAP NW TREX is not available" (Message no. /SAPSLL/CON_SPL_CHK064)

Dear friends,

We have recently upgraded our GTS system to 10.1 , when we try to use Display Blocked Business Partners transaction we are getting this message.

This is happening when I select BP and click on SPL push button.

Request you please let me know if we miss any config or anything.
