Infocubes for BPMon / BPO Analytics

Hi,

I see that data is being collected in 0SM_BPM, but not in 0SM_BPMRD or 0SM_BPMRH. From my observations in other threads, it seems like 0SM_BPMRH is the cube that must have data present. Is this true?

Thanks

Hi Steven

What kind of object did you setup ?

If you setup the application relevant key figure like sales doc, purchase doc etc under the business process level, it is recognized as BPMon monitor. In this case, you will see the threshold setting, alert notification setting part. Here you will also see the BW reporting setting. If you mark X in the check box, BPMon measure value is transfer to BPMon cube(0SM_BPM). And the data can be seen BPMon alert report.

0SM_BPMH is for BP Analytics. If you setup the monitor under the logical component, it become BP Analytics monitor.

And you can see the collected data via BP Analytics.

Both object can be seen under the logical component of BPMon set up screen but depending in the place where you create the monitor different type of monitor is created.

Do you want to configure Analytics ?

Then please create your monitor under the logical component directly

Hello Keiji,

I was hoping you would reply

I have set up a standard monitoring object for Deliveries under both Logical Component and the Business Process Step. Keep Data for BW flag is set as well.

I am getting the alerts fine in the Alert Inbox, however I am having difficulty getting anything to show up in either the BP Analytics or my dashboards.

In BP Analytics the error reads No Data available for selected timeframe. The Dashboards are blank.

When I go to RSA1 there is no data being collected in 0SM_BPMRH. For 0SM_BPM the only entry shows a status of Yellow (Process is Running). It has been in that status since yesterday.

Any help you can provide is very much appreciated.

Hi Steven.

Please look at my comment at another thread.

I think for you, the 1st step is BP Analytics Monitor collect data and visible in 0SM_BPMRH and in Analytics. Then better to start BPO dashboard.

Good Luck.

Keiji,

Thanks. To avoid confusion I am going to close this thread and continue processing the one you referenced above.
