SVT: Produced quantities tracking

I wanted to check if SVT PRO scenario functionality will consider multiple levels of Sub-Assemblies for the Input Material Composition prior to doing the netting with Output Material Composition?

Example: In Process order there are two sub-components for input. These sub-components has further BOM in Logistics and sometimes additional levels below for the Sub-Items. Will SVT drill down or only look at the Input Materials in Process Order level?

Dear Mahinth

I assume you know the standard SAP OSS consulting note regarding SVT. Based on that my answer is as follows:

If you have prepared the corresponding set up of EWHS SVT correct and any jopb is running in most cases the system detects based on your set up the correct "production orders" to consider for scenario "production". Now SVT simply check which materialmovements happend related to the materials as part ion the production order and then by using EHS data it calculates the result

Therefore: SVT does not (in standard) drill down the BOM (explode BOM to last level)) and in most cases this is not needed in the SAP EHS SVT standard maintenance model.

So try to explain whcih data model you are using in EHS to maintain the composition etc. and what are your specific doubts pf scenario production.
