CLIENT_SET_FOR_ROLES as Yes does not restrict Role Change

Hi All,

As per note 1723881, i have maintained CLIENT_SET_FOR_ROLES in PRGN_CUST as Yes, and 'No Changes Allowed' is selected. But, i can still make changes in Roles.

Could you help clarify this.

Better try YES than Yes.

I did. No effect
