OTTE Missing error

Hi ,

       We have implemented mobile feild service  project through which we are  updating service items,spare parts in service request (sap crm integration with servicemax).For some orders we are getting error message as "OTTE missing",then if we go to order and click on refresh tab(in item conditions tab) and save ,its updating with out errors.Can anyone plz help me with this,its very hard to check every order and save it again.

Hi all,

we solved the problem by sending this issue to SAP.They released new Java patch to come out of this tte error message.

plz implement this patch who r getting this error.

Hello Padma

0TTE is to calculate the TAX for transactions in your case its service order.

If ur requirement is calculate the Tax in your transactions , then check if proper condition records are maintained for the condition type.

Thanks, The issue raised by Padma, let me elaborate this, we send the service request to another third party system, the technicians update line items like services, spare parts and expenses and close the service request in a third party system, once it is closed then we update the service request in CRM, all the items are getting updated without any issue, but we get 0TTE errors along with CRM_TAX_TTE 217 and 214 errors. I found an OSS note for error 217 and we upgraded our IPC server to SP11 from SP10, but still no luck.

Any clues on how to fix this issue please?
