Data services error

Hi,

when click on Administration Icon for data services I am facing below error. We are using NW7.4 portal for UI instead of Tomcat. I have manually created ENV variable %LINK_DIR% = D:\Install\DataServices  under system variables and restarted the server and still facing same issue.

Http://host:port/DataServices

I have logged in using Administrator UID.

Application cannot be started. Cannot find SSL keystore password file sslks.key in the fold C:\Program Files (x86)\SAP BusinessObjects\Data Services/ssl/trusted_certs or it is empty. Please also verify the environmental variable LINK_DIR is defined correctly. (BODI-3012037)

Can any one please help me out how to fix this.

System Ver:

IPS 4.1 SP2

Dataservices 4.2 SP1 PL3

Information Steward4.2 SP1 PL3

OS: WIN 2012

I dont see LINK_DIR env variable on the server,

I have created ENV variable "LINK_DIR". Please see attached doc

"ENV.doc"

and restarted the system. Still we are facing the same issue

Run SetupKeystore.bat file from the installation directory and restart the server.

Where can i find Run the SetupKeystore.bat file? Please let me know location

DataServices\bin folder

I looked in DataServices\bin . But i dont find keystore.bat file. Am I missing any thing? How to get this file? Please help.

Check for SetUpJavaKeystore.bat. It will be outside all the sub folders in bin.
