Please suggest over data load

Hi,

I am having a problem with data load.

I am not getting data loaded from PSA to Cube(Non cumulative values).

Here I am not getting the data updated from updated rules for all those records, which have date above 30.11.05.

Even in the requests posted after 30.11 only records holding date before 30.11.05 are getting posted into the cube.

Please suggest a reply over this as the data load is not getting posting.

Regards,

Naveen.A

    Hi Naveen,

      Dear Vijay,

As you have suggested, it the same reason for which, the validity of table is only till 1.12.2005.

Is this a system generated date or a manually maintained date.

If its a sytem generated date then can you suggest any reason for not extending the validity date.

      Regards,

      Naveen.A

    HI,

Guess apart from the check table...one more thing to check is whether the data load is as per the SAP recommended way for non-cumulatives. Sometimes it might be that for that value range of dates, there might not be any aggregated data, but if there is then check your PSA to see if there is data for 30.11.

      Dear Anil,

I have checked the delta initialization and no date selection is specified in that.

Moreover, the data is coming till PSA, but in update rules, the records are not getting updated to the cube.

There is another simultaneous update in parallel from this data source to a ODS, which is happening fine.

      Regards,

      Naveen.A

    Hi Naveen,

Normally the validity table is updated by loading data into the cube. you can also update this table independent of the data loads using transaction RSDV. Since you already have data in the cube and the table entries got screwed up execute the program "RSDG_CUBE_VALT_MODIFY" as suggested in the note 360249. The entries will get corrected automatically .

    Vijay.
