NewPageBefore on Report Footer (was Difficulty with New Page after N Visible Records)

Jamie, thank you for the assist. I received the sample with the shared variable and the duplicated subreport.

Having a second copy of the subreport was a tough pill to swallow.

I think the takeaway from this is 3rd pass formulas in conditional formula fields can interfere with each other and positioning in the report is crucial.

**Solved**

In the end, i was not willing to have a copy of the subreport.

What I did was add the table count I wanted in my main report conditional formula as a column in the data source.

I used the count in the suppress condition instead of NewPageBefore and it works perfectly now.

Thanks again.
