JS Popup Alert in SAP CRM Interaction center

Hi Team,

I have a requirement to show pop-up alert in WebUI Interaction Center screen whenever the logged-in user's task is about to breach the planned date and time.I should throw this alert wherever the user might be in IC screens(means irrespective of transactions screenns). We are in CRM 7.0 EHP3 and I am referring the similar functionality provided by SAP for prompting user interaction before auto-log off, but couldn't figure out the exact steps to proceed further.Your inputs are much appreciated!!

    Hi Mukesh,

    You can use the Interaction Center Alerts using Rule Modeler and Alerts instead of pop up , if agent breached more than 20 tasks, he/she cannot keep on pressing "OK" button of pop is generated by coding in the component .

    Thanks for your response Naga, but unfortunately client is not agreed for alerts which usually the agents will ignore it. :)

    Team is there anyway to customize the Intent Driven alerts to show popup in Screen?
