Parallel search on multiple partions on one node

Hello!

We have a column table (direct-write DSO) on HANA platform partitioned by HASH algorithm by 3 partitions. Actually, it's multi-level partitioned with subsequent range partitioning by date field, but it's not important in this case. All 3 partitions are placed on one node (scale-up system). So the data is almost equally distributed over these 3 partitions.

Is this real to obtain parallel processing of data requests (SELECTS) from these partitions?

In graphical SQL trace with timeline in HANA Studio I see that these partitions are accessed sequentially, although, I think, there is a case when they could be accessed in parallel (I don't see any obstacles to do that).
