How to run a query in the background

Hi,

How can I run a query in the background? When I run my query after ten minutes I get 'Time out' error and disconnects from the server. This report contains lots of data from two years. So, I want to run this query in the background to avoid this error. Can someone tell me how to run the query in the background. I would appreciate with reward.

you can run query in background using reporting agent
