Data services through Dongle access issue

Hi SDN,

I am unable to login Data services through Dongle, but I am accessing the through WIFI anywhere the Data services.

Can you please me how to do solve this issue through dongle. I am getting following below error.

Logon failed to the specified system.

Check system name, port number, user name, password,

authentication method, and try again.

Additional information: <Session: SDK failure>
