Hi,

This is my problem, I create a partner and I link it to a customer (FLBPD2). After, when I modifiy something in my customer I don't want all the changes also be modify in my bp. I want to know if it possible to be link but not synchronise all the data.

The reason is I want to bill everything one the same customer but I have many partenaire for different contract, with different address.

Best regards

I think the only standard way - maybe there is some special BAdI for it but I do not know - is like Hardik said, but it is only general synchronization and not refered to some fields.

I did not understand your explanation. So you have one customer and lots of business partner? How is this possible? Usually for every customer with its own adress you should have your own business partner.

In my company we have synchronization activated only from customer to partner because only finance department who creates customers is allowed to do changes which were automatically synchronized to partner. If legal department makes some changes in partner they will not be transfered to customer. To avoid this inconsistency we work with authorization group which can be filled in customer data.

Micheal,

Sorry my mistake, I can link one parter to one customer and one vendor. The way you explain it's ok with me, to change from finance. But how do you link your partner with your customer and just have one way update.

Best regards

It's all automatical with activated CVI customizing. I do not use transaction FLBPD2 to link partner and vendor. We have a special vendor accounting group which is only made for REFX partners. We activated the synchronization for this accounting group and so every vendor which is created or changed by the finance department will create/change a partner automatically. There is no need to do it manually.

To avoid inconsistency when someone would like to change the partners which will not be synchronized to the vendor, you can work with authority group field in vendor. It will get transfered to the partner as well and so you can ask it in some PFCG roles for changing partners.

Regards
Michael

Hi André,

Please make relevant changes at the below mentioned config path

Cross-Application Components->Master Data Synchronization->Synchronization Control->Synchronization Control->Activate Synchronization Options

BP                      CUSTOMER     X

BP                      VENDOR           X

CUSTOMER     BP                      X (remove)

VENDOR           BP                      X

Hardik,

If I remove the sychronization Customer      BP I cannot link the both together with the TCode FLBPD2. Here my config for the synchronisation, if you have any ideas or question just let me know.
