EBAN-FRGDT is incorrect while creating PR from a saved template

Hi,

The field 'FRGDT- Release date' in EBAN is showing incorrect(release date of the template PR) for a new PR which is created from a saved template using 'load template' option. NOTE 1743612 is implemented successfully after which field 'BADAT - Requisition date' is showing correct now.

Please suggest if there is a NOTE for this inconsistency or any fix?

Hi,

   Please check the F1 help for the field which clearly explains the system design for the calculation of release date in PR and cross check the date determined by the system. If you think wrong date is determined, revert back with the system calculation and expected calculation along with your EHP.

Thanks for the quick response. Here is the case which is happening,

Create PR without template, Reqsntn date: 07.07.2014 | Release date: 07.07.2014

Create PR with template, Reqstn date: 07.07.2014 | Release date: 30.05.2014 (which is the release date of the PR from which the template is saved)

Please help.

   Seems you have to go back to SAP again through an OSS ticket!! (I couldnt find any relevant notes for EBAN-FRGDT field)
