Webdynpro Blank Screen

Hi,

Need your help and idea or suggestion as i'm facing issue with my wd application. The issue is when i run the application it works fine at first place.

After i leave the app open for one minute and try to click any drop down or check box, the screen refresh and show white blank screen

Its happen only at my current app, other wd app not affected on this.

Any advise or suggestion is appreciated.

It seems nor clear picture for this answer or resolution,

but what happen is .. I'm installing the security certificate and the problem getting resolved.

Just wait if it come back again or not.. i'll update here.

Hi Lee,

     May be its failing in the single sign on.. Can you check the URL of the page when it goes to blank screen .. if it has mysso in the URL, then its the single sign on which is failing .

     As suggested by KH, you need to have a look at the session out setup for your webdynpro component.

There are two factors effecting session.

1) execute> tcode SICF> enter your component name in SERVICE NAME input field and execute.

check the session time out value in the icf setting.

2) http or https session time out settings(tcode SMICM> services) check the time out values.

Hi Tashi,

Attached is the screen cap. Its seem no setting on the Session Timeout, for your information its happen only to this one apps, which other apps don't show similar behavior.

It seems like time out. but i just leave the screen only 2-3 minute. And other apps which open at the same time look fine.
