Conversion of ALV Output to Excel download Date format changed

Hi,

When i am trying to Convert ALV Grid Output to Excel Using Standard Option Local File, Prefixing Zeros not appearing for Eg: 05 is displaying in Excel as 5.

So i tried the option Spreadsheet , prefixing zeros appearing as in ALV OUTPUT, but date format is changed from 23.01.2017 to 23-01-2017.

Date format should not be changed as well as prefixing zeros should appear.

How to overcome this issue?
