Uploading of electricity consumption

Hello,

I was wondering if anyone had any advice on how to upload electricity consumption information (Kilowatt hrs consumed) to SAP though the Accounts Payable Module. Currently, my organization receives a monthly spreadsheet from BC Hydro which has a number of fields including Site Location, consumption (Kilowatt hrs) and Amount ($) due. We are posting the expenses through the YUP2 transaction code, and then SM35. We are only posting the Hydro dollar amount with an assigned cost center, GL, tax code, and Description field (which now is being used for site location and customer account #). I'd like to be able to upload the number of kilowatt hours as well but I'm wondering if there's a field that could be used for this.

hi,

Make a new field status group with mandatory Quantity field in Field status group and asign to the expenses GL.

System will ask Quantity & unit of measurement.
