More Clarification at MRP Run

Dear SAP Experts,

My company is start MRP run in first time, i have created some PIR in Development server and Run the MRP in MD02 Single item / multiple selection.

After that i have delete the Planned order mass in MD16, then i have run the MRP again in plant level.

Many planned order had created due to many old PIR is there in system.

PIR delete only possible the after MRP Run no data found.

So kindly give me the input for mass delete the PIR / Mass change the PIR?

I have also try MD74 , MD75, MD76 but after MRP run many planned order will be created.

So give me the input for delete PIR mass and RE - change the PIR qty what is the t.code to be used?

Dear Uma,

Please try reorganisation run for the PIRs, you can use  T codes MD74 , MD75 , MD76.

MD74 - deletes only the PIR

MD75 - deletes only the history created against each PIR

MD76 - mass deletion with history

You can also try T. Code: MD62
