memory for lock, open object

From error log, ASE ask to increase number of open object. If I increase following configuration:

number of open object

number of lock

what is the memory for those change? how much memory should be increased for this increase?

For example, change number of lock from 25000 to 50000, then how to reconfigure memory for this change?
