CAL Instances disappeared

Dear SAP CAL Support,

I am having difficulties in using the SAP ID services on the SAP CAL websites.

Two weeks ago I completed my SAP Account and activated it for the SAP Cloud Appliance Library, but right now I cannot access any of the Instances anymore. Even my manager activated his account for SAP CAL, but also his Instances disappeared.

Can you check my SAP ID user and return our Instances?

Please contact me if you need my s-user.

Best regards,

Steven Groot

Hi Steven,

Could you please provide the s-user who created the instances in SAP CAL and if possible the solutions that they were created from? I could not find any trace from an instance created by you.

Best regards,

Hi Stanimir,

A HANA instance (developer edition rev 80) was activated via the s-user S0009356557.

After that I attached my own s-users S0006050190 and S0004775421 to that same CAL-account.

regards,

Steven

Hi Steven,

When you login in cal.sap.com you get own tenant automatically. If you want to get access to the tenant of somebody else you need to open the URL with his tenant ID. It has the following format: https://cal.sap.com/console/tenant_XXXXXXXXXXXX.

So please ask your colleague to login in SAP CAL and to copy the tenant ID from the address bar. Then you can request access and he can accept your request. You can find the details at https://cal.sap.com/console/~1404215104000~/doc_en/frameset.htm?46948f72469c42c88e1735fcb7aea529.htm...

What had happen is that you got an isolated tenant for each S-user.

Please let me know if I could help further.

Best regards,

Stanimir

Hi Stanimir,

Is it possible to retrieve the tenant-ids for the s-users?

I was able to include myself in the tenant-id of my colleague.

In this tenant-id the correct account is available. The one with the correct cloud provider settings.

Still the instance that was created is not visible. Maybe this instance is still active in another tenant-id?

Best regards,

Steven Groot
