Request processing failed. (XLS 000009)

Hi,

When we try to visualize our Dashboards with the url "http://ServerName:8080/Dashboard/Dashboard.jsp", sometimes it shows the error

"Request processing failed. (XLS 000009)

Request processing failed. (XLS 000009) [] <com.businessobjects.dsl.commons.exception.NestedException: No suitable driver found for jdbc:sqlserver://[IP]:1433;DatabaseName=outsystems>"

I try to resolve with the note "1755535 - BI40:Request processing failed. (XLS 000009) No suitable
driver found for jdbc".

With the The Microsoft JDBC Driver 4.0 SQL Server but it isn't help us.... the issue still persist....

I just can't find anything more in the web about that issue.... anybody can help me?

Our enviroment it's:

SAP BI 4.0. SP2

SQL Server 2008 R2

Note: We do not use SAP HANA

tks for your reply, unfortunately that doesn't resolve our issue....

i see that note doesn't mentioned my issue (with the export of .swf for a url)...

do you have another resolution for that?
