Hi,

HRS=PNUM will bring the number of hours he had worked in between Clock In and Clock Out time.

HRS=SNUM its not a valid operation. If you want to bring daily planned working hours then you will use HRS=S

For better understand go to HRS opeartion details through PE04 tcode.

HRS=PNUM brings the time from the current time pair whereas HRS=SNUM brings out the planned time hours from IT0007.

Hope this helps.

thanks, Pramod.

But I get another question. Sinces HRS=PNUM brings the time from the current time pair, so I can say it's meaningless that I put HRS=PNUM in a rule trigered by ACTIO?

Thats correct. HRS=PNUM to be used with PTIP and HRS=SNUM via ACTIO.
