Hi All,

I have implemented to note "1628094 -Dynamic assembly - deletion flag" to set deletion flag on assembly orders. However I am our archiving person not able to carry out deletion flag on assembly process orders while inital archiving run (error is assembly order can only be deleted via customer
order) .

Can this note helpful to set deletion flag on assembly orders, if yes, what are steps required to set deletion flag on process orders.

    Hi Uday

Please observe that, with this note, it's only possible to set the deletion flag for orders with daynamic assembly.

If your order was created with static assembly, the deletion flag can only be set when the sales order is closed.

You can check which assembly type is used, by checking the sales order requirement type/class customizing on transactions OVZG and OVZH.

      Hi Experts,

We are using static assembly (assembly type is 2- static processing), the production order will receive the deletion flag automatically when sales order closed.

I confused with sales order status"CLOSED" can I get table where I can check the CLOSED status of sales order and cross check the curresponding process order status.

      Regards,

      Uday
