403 Forbidden - You are not authorized to view the requested resource

Hi

I am using PI 731 single stack.

When I send data using HTTP sender adapter , I get 403 Forbidden - You are not authorized to view the requested resource error.

The URL is perfect,The user id is having all authorization (admin rights).

Path sap/xi/engine not active

• HTTP 403 during cache refresh of the adapter framework - Refer SAP Note -751856

• Because of Inactive Services in ICF –Go to SICF transaction and activate the services. Refer SAP Note -517484
