Hello collegues,
I´m having a hard time on a requirement and I just can not get it to work. It´s about the Service Request Form in combination with Service Request tickets.
There is a category INTERACTIONS:
Within form, I have a table, which holds data of "emails and notes".
But, in the form/printout, there is only an output of 4 rows! If "INTERACTIONS" contains of 3 items, 3 items will be printed (and shown) within the form. But if there are more than 4 items (see picture above -> >10 items), only 4 items will be printed and the rest disappears! I checked within LiveCycle Designer, there are no restrictions like "LOOP 4 times" or "only show 4 lines"....I just can not get it to work!
Is this a well known bug maybe?
Also: Is it possible that there is no table for the whole data of category INTERACTIONS? There seem to be tables for "email and notes", "phones", "tasks"....
My customer wants a printout, where the INTERACTION category has to be mirrored into the form (chronologically)...isn´t it possible to get all the data into "one" table and then to output the "one table" within the form?
I hope my english is good enough that you can understand my problem :)
Do you have any advices?
