SAP QUERY ISSUE

Dear All, We have created query,We have 4 types of billing document as per our business process,we have created 4 new billing document fields(VBRK-VBELN)-SQ02,Now the output and report is coming fine,But for each billing document one separate line is coming so that report is coming in more lines,Can you please suggest how to get all the billing document in one line.
