Strange recieving behaviour on AS2

Dear experts,

Our partner is sending a file from remote international location ,he gets this error at his end.Previously things were fine.

I am attaching the shot for same.I highly request all of you experts to help in this as now this issue holds utmost gravity for us.

We get "source file not deleted" at end what does this means.We are using AS2 adapter for communication on recieving at our end.

Hi Aditya,

My guess it that you would want to find out the source of the error code 500 on the remote side.  It's possible that the log entry that says "source file not deleted" may be a result of the unexpected termination on the remote end as part of the HTTP request.

Dear experts,

There has been an additional positive observation that we can see log on our AS2 sender channel.So now overall impact is that we keep on getting this log after every five minutes.

No idoc gets generated on R/3 and to sender partner ,log has been attached already
