Hello Friends,
If I have to populate two columns with two key figures coming from the same query in WAD, what standard functionality of WAD should I use?
Also, which standard functionality should i used in WAD to populate a name which comes from the query?
Thanks in advance.

Hi,
you can use the Text Elements for the name of the query:

I don't understand the first question. You just need to use the standard table item.

Thnx Leo,
Let me rephrase the first question.Suppose you have 2 key figures in the query. You want to display these key figures separately at different positions in WAD template i.e. you can't use a single standard BW table to achieve the same as the table attaches itself with all the key figures. You can't really restrict the table to a single key figure.
Gaurav
you can, but it is quite nasty to maintain:
- Prequesites: 2 dataproviders for two tables
- You need to get the technical name (not the one in the cube, the one in the query) of the key figure you want to filter with.
- Define a View over the query and use this as dataprovider. The only way to do this by opening a query in BEx Analyzer and then choose "save view as". You can make 2 views and use two different DPs for two different tables.
