User is not able to enter into Catalogue to Create SC

Hi,

I have an issue, where user is not able to enter into the Catalogue to create shoppping cart. I have checked the setup in PPOMA_BBP and the roles, all are fine. Infact the other user in same company having the same setup is able to do the normal activity. Please suggets. Regards

Hi,

Popup blocker active?

Compatibility mode?

Security settings?

Search for the answer somewhere in the browser of that person (at least that would be my guess with such limited information ).

Thanks for the reply, just to add one more info. We have treid to login from other user (which is having same setup) in the same system and that is working fine. So, not getting any clue what could be the problem.

Security setting: I didnt get you point for security settings, please explain a bit

I have also tired to move user to other company code in PPOMA (Org Sturcture) but here also the same result. I have placed user from China to Brazil company code and I could see that Brazil cateloge is visible, but as soon as user enters into the catalog it does not work and gives the below error.

We are not using SAP MDM Catalog.

Hi Kay,

The error is certainly not initiated by the SRM_SERVER, I suggest you check this directly with the catalog vendor and ask them to explain more what has happened. It is possibly a problem with the user id being used and the affected catalog, do you define a generic user in catalog customizing or do you logon to the vendor catalog with SY-UNAME? If SY-UNAME then maybe the vendor catalog does not have this ID to verify access.

Hello Jason,
Thanks for the reply, Yes we are using SY-UNAME for loging. Please see the below settings.

But the user is not new, she was using the ID from last 3 Months and have created multiple orders. Please suggest.

Hi Kay,

Please contact the catalog vendor quoting the ID of the affected user and have them re validate the user, something must have changed in their system which has invalidated this user.
