Nullify Record type A while billing in CO-PA Tables.

Is there any possibility to Nullify Record type A while billing in CO-PA Tables.

Hi,

    The record type A gets created in COPA during creation of sales order (VA01) if you have customized the system to do so in tcode KEKF. So if you do not want this then change the customizing in tcode KEKF

Thanks for your reply, but my requirement is, when i do billing for same sales order, automatically record type A should reverse and update with Record type F.

Hi Srikanth,

      This is not possible in standard. To get this functionality you will need custom development but I think it does not make sense.

Your requirement is incorrect..

You might be thinking that it is a duplication.. NO!! It is not

The very reason it is updated with a different record type is that you don't need to reverse it
